Have I created something strangely terrifying?

I have combined each links' contents to create something which I think
is bizarre and terrifying. Follow these steps:

1.Open both links
2.Immediately pause both, rewind them if necessary
3.Fast foward link A to 43 seconds (make sure it remains paused)
4.Mute link A
5.Press play on link B (volume must be on)
6.Press play on link A (Must be muted)
7.With link B playing in the background, select the fullscreen option
on link A.
Notes:This must be as fluid as possible.

If you find yourself traumatised by the event, I have concocted a
cure.

Follow bacically the same formula as before minus the fast-forwarding.
