subject: TV shows; whats the show; what channel is it on?

in the television show, there is two teams, a moving wall, and a pool.

the moving wall has a cut-out in it.
two people from one team must move to form the shape from the cut out
in the wall.
if they hit the wall/fail to become the right shape, they fall
backwards into a pool.
does anybody know the name of the show and what channel it is on? if
so, thanks!
